Precision Machine of Savannah has a fully equipped assembly department with experienced assemblers to handle multiple types of components.
Bearing installations per IAW NAS0331 includes inspection of size, swaging processes, proof load testing, and accelerated curing of sealants. Cryogenic bushing installation is available utilizing an arbor press to install and or press bushings/bearings into parts along with other specialty tools that may be needed.
FASTENERS & HARDWARE
Precision Machine of Savannah also provides installation of a variety of fasteners and hardware. (Solid Rivets, Pull Rivets, Close Tolerance Hi-Lok Fasteners, Nut Plates, Keenserts, Heli-Coils, Rosan Fittings, Snap Rings, and Lanyards with Crimped Sleeves)
